Koyang Seiko Co., Ltd. primarily designs and manufactures unmanned lines for major jet engine manufacturing companies, high-precision robot units, and mass production jigs used in large-scale production. We can process almost all materials, including titanium, carbide, special steel, SUS, and aluminum. Additionally, we can perform grinding processing using special jigs, proprietary cutting oils, and grinding wheels for materials like SUS and aluminum. Assembly can also be done on a three-dimensional measuring device. We can achieve tolerances of approximately ±0.005mm for hole diameter, hole pitch, and positional accuracy, but we specialize in achieving an average precision of around ±0.01mm.
